As part of the «Donate a Book to the Library» campaign, dedicated to International Book Giving Day, we are especially pleased to express our sincere gratitude to a man of great heart and profound civic duty – Serhii Yakovych Martyniuk (literary pseudonym – Svitohor Leleko, military call sign – «Writer»). Serhii is a Ukrainian prose writer, publicist, poet, journalist, local historian, public and political figure, philanthropist, serviceman of the Irpin Territorial Defense, and a devoted friend of the STU Library.
As part of the accreditation of the «Accounting and Taxation» educational and scientific program (third level of higher education), the Scientific Library presented its role in creating a research environment for future Doctors of Philosophy.
Every year on February 11, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science is celebrated, established on December 22, 2015, by the UN General Assembly.
The collection of the STU State Tax University Scientific Library has been updated with current electronic scientific materials from leading international professional publications on international tax and economic law.
The State Tax University has officially joined the European University Association (EUA), marking a new stage of the institution's integration into the international educational space.
New Opportunities for STU Researchers: Free Open Access Publishing in ACM Journals Supported by EIFL
The Scientific Library of the State Tax University is pleased to announce expanded opportunities for our research community. Due to the University's participation in the EIFL Ukraine Consortium, STU researchers now have the opportunity to publish articles in Open Access free of charge in journals published by the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery).

ACM is a world-leading publisher of over 70 peer-reviewed scientific journals across dozens of computing and information technology disciplines. ACM journals are distinguished by their high impact, rigorous peer review, and commitment to the rapid dissemination of innovative ideas and discoveries. Key areas include:

Key Requirements for Authors (ACM Open Program)
To ensure your article is covered under the ACM Open program, authors must strictly adhere to the following identification requirements:
- Institutional Email: When submitting a manuscript for review, the corresponding author must use the official institutional email domain of the State Tax University.
- No Private Domains: Do not use private email domains (such as @gmail.com or @yahoo.com). ACM determines eligibility for the program based specifically on the institutional address and the country of affiliation.
- Copyright Selection: Upon acceptance of the article, the author must also use their institutional email when selecting copyright terms.
- Corresponding Author Status: The corresponding author must be affiliated with an institution in one of the countries included in the agreement between ACM and EIFL (Ukraine is an eligible participant).
