The lecture will be delivered by Oleksii Aleksandrov, Doctor of Sciences (Economics), MBA, EFA, ESG Advisor, Professor at Baltic International Academy (Riga, Latvia), Strategic Advisor at Quale Capital Investment Company, and Member of the European Financial Planning Association (Luxembourg).

The lecture focuses on the key transformations in the Private Banking and Wealth Management industry. It will address the declining effectiveness of the current industry model, shifts in investor behaviour, increasing competitive and regulatory pressure, and the transition of digital solutions from competitive advantage to baseline expectation.

Special attention will be given to the risks associated with “legacy capital” and the structural challenges faced by relationship managers.

The session is designed to be accessible, including for participants without a financial background.

The event is held within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Tax University and the Baltic International Academy (Latvia, Riga).
