General information
The Department of Financial and Tax Law dates back to 1998. On the basis of the Department of Legal and Special Disciplines, the Department of Administrative, Financial and Tax Law was created under the leadership of Ph. M. Bondarenko.
In December 2021, in connection with the reorganisation of the University, the Department of Financial Law was reorganised into the Department of Public Law. Today the department is called the Department of Financial and Tax Law, headed by PhD in Law, Associate Professor M.V. Glukh.
Today the Department consists of 17 academic staff members, namely: 4 professors, 5 doctors of law, 8 associate professors, 11 candidates of law and 1 PhD in economic sciences.
The Department actively participates in the training of postgraduate students / doctors of philosophy and doctoral students in the specialty 081 "Law".
