Deshko Oksana Anatoliivna is a specialist in personnel management and consulting, who holds the position of head of the educational laboratory «Training Center «Human resources (consulting)». She is actively engaged in execution important functions in the field of educational and scientific-methodical work, providing a high level of training for students of higher and scientific-pedagogical activity.
Oksana Anatoliivna is the initiator and organizer of practical and methodical classes with scientific and pedagogical workers and students of higher education education, promoting their professional development.
In addition, Oksana Anatoliivna is actively involved in the organization completion of various practices by students of higher education in specialties such as: «Psychology», «Management», «Public Management and administration», «International relations, public communications and regional studios», «Philology», «Journalism».
And also deals with the development of non-formal education, contributing improving the educational environment at the faculty and creating conditions for education and development of students outside the traditional form of education.
