Dear colleagues! We invite you to participate in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Financial Policy: the Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Legal Science", which will be held on the topic: "Balancing Private Rights and Public Interest under Martial Law".
Scientists, postgraduate students, students, as well as practitioners engaged in scientific research in the field of law are invited to participate.
The purpose of the conference is to create a platform for a comprehensive discussion of topical issues related to ensuring a balance between private rights and public interest in martial law. The discussion will include an analysis of practical experience in applying current legislation, developing proposals for its improvement, as well as exchanging experience between scientists, practitioners, and representatives of state authorities to find optimal ways to solve legal problems in the conditions of armed aggression.
