On February 25, 2026, the online forum “Creativity as a Resource for Educational Development” took place, bringing together scholars, educators, administrators, and practitioners to discuss the role of creativity in transforming the modern educational environment.
The event was organized by the State Scientific Institution Institute for Modernization of Education Content of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the NGO Agency for Sustainable Development and Educational Initiatives, and the educational platform 4People. The forum was held online via the Zoom platform. The moderator of the event was Olena Tymoshenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Senior Researcher at the Institute for Modernization of Education Content of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and Chair of the Board of the NGO “AStRO.”
The forum featured a wide range of presentations devoted to the development of creativity as a key resource of 21st-century education. Participants addressed issues related to educational space design, creative leadership, innovative teaching approaches, motivation development in sports, and the role of creative thinking in fostering psychological resilience among educators.
In particular, Doctor of Economics, Professor Anna Oleshko presented a report on creativity in educational space design; Volodymyr Dudar highlighted the role of creative approaches in physical education and team interaction development; Doctor of Public Administration Zoriana Hbur focused on creative leadership in education. Professor Olha Demianchuk discussed opportunities for applying creative methodologies in teaching economic disciplines, while speakers Alisa Dubrova and Halyna Dudar emphasized the development of creative thinking and psychological resilience within the educational community.
Associate Professors of the Department of Management and Public Administration, Inna Kantsur and Nataliia Martynovych, who teach courses in creative management, took part in the forum.

Participation in the event facilitated the exchange of contemporary scientific and practical approaches to developing creativity as both a managerial and educational competency, as well as strengthening interinstitutional cooperation in the field of educational modernization. The forum became a platform for professional dialogue aimed at integrating creative practices into the educational process and confirmed the relevance of developing creative thinking as an important factor in the innovative advancement of education.
