The Department of Foreign Languages has launched a collaboration with the public organization “Mission of Success.” The project’s founders, Viktoriia and Polina, delivered an inspiring guest lecture and practical training session titled “Motivation for Success: How to Find Yourself, Stay True to Your Dream, and Avoid Burning Out at the Start.”

The event became a true space of strength and inspiration for students. Real-life stories, open conversations, and practical tools for self-support and overcoming emotional burnout transformed the meeting into a dynamic dialogue about goals, values, and the courage to take action.

This event was not just a lecture, but a confident step toward shaping a generation of conscious, goal-oriented, and internally strong professionals.

A practical follow-up session was also held, giving participants the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge, practice self-development tools, and exchange their own ideas and experiences.

At the end of the event, all participants received certificates recognizing their engagement, perseverance, and readiness to move from dreams to real action.

Ahead lie new joint initiatives, a series of motivational meetings, training sessions, and practical workshops within the framework of continued cooperation with the public organization “Mission of Success.” We are confident that this partnership will become a sustainable platform for student development, open new opportunities for self-realization, and contribute to building an active, responsible, and successful community.
