- 2003 – Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, specialty «Finance», qualification – Master in Public Finance Management.
- In 2009, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the topic «Financial Resources of Local Authorities» (specialty 08.00.08 «Money, Finance and Credit») at the Specialized Academic Council of the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
- On July 1, 2011, the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded Lyudmila Viktorovna Didenko the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Markets and Financial Services.
