Every year since 2000, the world has celebrated International Mother Language Day on February 21. This holiday was proclaimed at the 30th session of the UNESCO General Conference to promote linguistic and cultural diversity.
Language is not just a means of communication, but the spiritual foundation of a nation, the carrier of its history and values. For us, the Ukrainian language is a symbol of national identity and resilience. Today, in the face of resistance to full-scale russian aggression, the struggle for language has become a struggle for the right to be free on our own land.
The native language unites generations, shapes our worldview, and brings us closer to Victory every day!
Dear users!
Let us love, cherish, and honor our native language!
We invite you to visit the thematic exhibition "O native word, who am I without you?", organized on the occasion of the holiday in the Scientific Library of the State Tax University (Building C, Room 369).
The exposition presents selected publications from the library's collections that reveal the versatility and richness of the Ukrainian language.

We also present to your attention a video selection (замініть на актуальне посилання) on this topic.
Enjoy the viewing!
