Among the wide range of services and resources offered by the Scientific Library of the State Tax University, the RapidILL system deserves special attention. It is an international interlibrary loan service that allows users to quickly and free of charge obtain digital copies of foreign scientific materials not available in the library's local collection.
How the ordering and delivery process works:
- Types of available materials:through the system, you can order:
o Scientific articles from international peer-reviewed journals.
o Specific chapters from foreign books and monographs.
- Data required for the order:for a successful search, the librarian must be provided with accurate bibliographic data:
o For an article: Journal and article title, ISSN or OCLC number, year of publication, volume, and issue number.
o For a book chapter: Book title and specific chapter title, ISBN or OCLC number.
Pro Tip: It is recommended to contact the scientific library to verify the required codes (ISSN/ISBN) before submitting your request.
- How to submit a request:the service is available both in person (Bldg. C, Rm. 366) and remotely via email (

- Receiving the material:once the request is fulfilled by a foreign partner library, the document will be sent to your email address. Important: due to copyright requirements, you will receive a personal link to view and download the material rather than an attached file.
The service is completely free of charge for library users.
