The Scientific Library of the State Tax University is pleased to announce expanded opportunities for our research community. Due to the University's participation in the EIFL Ukraine Consortium, STU researchers now have the opportunity to publish articles in Open Access free of charge in journals published by the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery).

Key Requirements for Authors (ACM Open Program)

To ensure your article is covered under the ACM Open program, authors must strictly adhere to the following identification requirements:

  1. Institutional Email: When submitting a manuscript for review, the corresponding author must use the official institutional email domain of the State Tax University.
  2. No Private Domains: Do not use private email domains (such as @gmail.com or @yahoo.com). ACM determines eligibility for the program based specifically on the institutional address and the country of affiliation.
  3. Copyright Selection: Upon acceptance of the article, the author must also use their institutional email when selecting copyright terms.
  4. Corresponding Author Status: The corresponding author must be affiliated with an institution in one of the countries included in the agreement between ACM and EIFL (Ukraine is an eligible participant).

Detailed information for authors regarding submission requirements and procedures can be found here: https://www.acm.org/publications/authors/submissions

We extend our gratitude to the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine (SSTL) and personally to Ms. Olena Rachynska for providing information on the benefits of Consortium membership and for their ongoing assistance and consultation regarding new resources.

Dear STU researchers!

We invite you to take advantage of this prestigious opportunity to enhance the global visibility of your research.
