July 15 – Day of Ukrainian Statehood!

This day symbolizes the millennial history of our state-building, the roots of which go back to the times of the powerful Kyivan Rus. The holiday was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on August 24, 2021.

Ukrainian statehood is our shared history and our common future. It is our choice to live in unity, freedom, and a strong state that protects the rights and interests of its citizens above all.

Today, as Ukraine courageously fights for its independence, it is especially important to remember our own history, preserve our unique cultural heritage, and firmly resist the enemy's informational manipulations. Every day, as a nation, we prove our right to life. And we will stand firm until we achieve a just peace!

Ukraine has always been, is, and will be free and independent – the land of our glorious ancestors, a country of law and justice!

The Scientific Library of the State Tax University joins the events dedicated to this prominent date.

For two months, from July 15 to September 15, 2026, on the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, we are hosting a thematic book exhibition entitled «Ukrainian State-Building» (Room 372, Building C).

The exhibition features the best publications from the library's collection: scientific, historical, and legal literature that reveals in detail the stages of formation and development of the Ukrainian state tradition.
