The Scientific Library of the State Tax University has received a valuable gift!

Every book donated to the library is not merely an addition to the collection. It is a sign of trust, support for science, and an investment in the future of education and research.

This time, the collection of legal literature has been enriched with a scientific publication – a monograph by Oleksandr Sirets and Volodymyr Pyvovarov titled «Prevention of Criminal Offenses in the Sphere of Residential Construction: Criminological and Victimological Research».

The publication, prepared by the Academician V. V. Stashis Research Institute for the Study of Crime Problems of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, is dedicated to a comprehensive study of criminal offenses in the residential construction sector and effective ways to prevent them.

The monograph thoroughly examines:

  • criminological characteristics of offenses in the residential construction market;
  • causes and conditions that contribute to their occurrence;
  • victimological aspects of protecting housing investors and buyers;
  • modern crime prevention mechanisms and proposals for improving legislation and law enforcement practice.

This publication will serve as a valuable source of knowledge for researchers, professors, students, legal professionals, and anyone interested in issues of criminology, victimology, and the protection of citizens' property rights.

We sincerely thank the author of the monograph – Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Sirets – for donating the book and making a significant contribution to the enrichment of the library's scientific collection.

Such gifts hold special value. They strengthen the university's scientific potential, expand opportunities for learning and research, and open new horizons for students, faculty, and young scholars.

Every book donated to the library is a bridge between the author and future generations of researchers. It represents knowledge that will work today, tomorrow, and for many years to come.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY, TRUST, AND SUPPORT OF UNIVERSITY SCIENCE!
