• 2000 - Chernivtsi State University named after Yu. Fedkovych, specialty "Finance and credit", qualification - master's degree in economics.
• 2003, defended candidate's thesis on the topic "Financial provision of public welfare" in the specialized Academic Council of the Taras Shevchenko National University, Kyiv.
• 23.12.2008, the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine the academic title of Associate Professor.
• 2013, defended doctoral dissertation on the topic "Formation of the financial system ensuring the standard of living of the population in Ukraine" at the specialized Academic Council of the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
• 04.28.2015, the attestation board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded the academic title of Professor.

• 2011-2012 – Associate Professor of the Department of Finance (National University of the State of Ukraine);
• 2012–2021 – Professor of the Department of Finance at the National University of the DPS of Ukraine, later the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine;
• Since 2021 till now -  Professor of the Public Finance Department of the State Tax University.
