On 29 October 2025, at 13:20, a guest lecture was held by Kateryna Kostenich, a specialist of the Boosta, on "Setting tasks and delegating tasks correctly. How to organise online team work".

Kateryna Kostenich, who is a project manager at the company, shared her own experience and told how to formulate tasks for the team correctly, what tools help to delegate effectively, and what practices really increase work efficiency.

The speaker presented tools for effective delegation that help structure the workflow and monitor results. They also discussed the issues of remote communication - how to avoid mistakes, maintain openness and establish regular feedback within the team.

The event brought together students from several educational programs - Public Management and Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Project Management, Regional Management and Self-Government, and Communication and Business Process Management.

The participants received valuable advice from the personal experience of a Project Manager of an international IT company - on leadership, distribution of roles in the team and development of soft skills: communication, flexibility and conflict resolution.

The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions, share their own observations and receive practical recommendations that will help in their daily work!

Such events are not only about knowledge, but also about inspiration. After all, effective delegation is primarily about trust, mutual support and team development!
