In 2026, free access to key international scientific resources will be extended for Ukrainian universities and research institutions.
Key resources include:
- Extended access from Clarivate(Web of Science, InCites, Derwent Innovation);
- Extended access from Elsevier(Scopus, SciVal);
- Ongoing access to Research4Liferesources for Ukraine – available until the end of 2027;
- The EIFLUkraine Consortium remains active, providing access to 72 licensed scientific resources from 24 publishers (supported by the EIFL International Organization).
Access is provided to Ukrainian universities and research institutions free of charge. The access coordinator is the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine (SSTL of Ukraine).
