ABOUT US
The Institute for Advanced Training and Postgraduate Education is an important structural unit of the State Tax University. Its activities involve organizing and coordinating advanced training and professional development, as well as providing methodological support for face-to-face, blended, and elements of distance learning. Within the Institute, there is a Qualification Programs Department and a Professional Development and Communications Center within the Public Finance System.
The goal of the Institute is to organize advanced training, provide methodological support for the development and implementation of qualification and professional development programs, and offer technical support during their execution.
The Institute is led by Yulia Melnyk.
Department of professional development programs.The Department of Professional Development Programs is responsible for organization, coordination and innovation in educational technologies.Its purpose is to ensure an effective educational process of professional development and postgraduate education. The main tasks of the department include planning and conducting training for various categories of students, organizing and supporting the training process through web platforms, as well as providing scientific and methodological support.
The main tasks of the department
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and conducting advanced training for different categories of trainees.
- Organization, technical and methodical support of the process of improving the qualifications of civil servants, local self-government officials, deputies of local councils and other categories of trainees registered on the Knowledge Management Portal.
- Organization, coordination and support of the process of professional development for teaching and research-pedagogical employees of the University and other educational institutions.
Main functions of the department
- Planning and coordination of the professional development process.
- Organization of educational activities according to accredited educational programs.
- Determination of forms and means of training and their implementation.
- Attracting qualified teachers and practitioners for training.
- Provision of advisory support to the participants of the educational process.
