During the International Forum “Human, Society, Communication: Adaptation, Resilience, and Leadership in Times of Transformation,” organized by the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Technologies, Sports and Rehabilitation and held on November 13, 2025, professional excellence was demonstrated not only by speakers and researchers. A true highlight of the event was the catering service — fully organized and delivered by the students of the Bachelor’s Educational Program “Hotel and Restaurant Management.”

The students prepared a complete service cycle for the event. It was not just catering — it was a demonstration exam in real conditions, where each student showcased: professional competencies in organizing catering services; service and communication skills when working with forum participants; the ability to work as a team and respond quickly to unexpected situations; creativity in presenting dishes and designing the food zone; responsibility, time management, and a high level of hospitality culture.

Participation in such a large-scale event became a valuable opportunity for the students to gain practical experience in real HoReCa operations and to feel themselves part of a broad professional community.

The catering service created by our students received numerous positive reviews. For them, this experience was not just practice but a real opportunity to strengthen their professional brand, develop soft skills, and demonstrate themselves as future specialists in the hotel and restaurant industry capable of working at a high international level. Such events are the best proof that education at the State Tax University combines modern theory, real-world practice, teamwork, and a creative approach to professional growth.
