Through participation in the EIFL-Ukraine Consortium, the State Tax University has gained access to journals and e-books in development research from Edward Elgar Publishing (EEP), hosted on the Elgaronline content platform.

Edward Elgar Publishing is a leading international academic and professional publisher with a focus on economics, law, management studies, public and social policy, and the environment. The company boasts a backlist of over 8,500 titles and publishes more than 700 new books annually.

Access to the Edward Elgar Publishing resource is provided via the IP addresses of the State Tax University.

The University's Scientific Library continues its partnership with Clarivate, which has been actively supporting Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion.

On 20 November 2025, Professor of the Department of Accounting and Audit of the Faculty of Tax Affairs, Accounting and Audit of the State Tax University, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Senior Research Fellow Volodymyr Metelytsia delivered a presentation at the XVII International Forum of Finance and Banking “Integration in Finance – Human, Economy, State”, which took place at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS-SGGW, Poland).

A delegation from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), led by Cristian Tabacaru, Director of Loans and Social Development, visited the State Tax University.

On 10 November 2025, Professor of the Department of Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Tax Affairs, Accounting and Auditing of the State Tax University, Doctor of Economics, Senior Research Fellow Volodymyr Metelytsia spoke as a speaker at the international workshop DigiAgrar_UA, which took place at the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO, Halle, Germany).
