The State Tax University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the international organization International Alliance of Professional Business Elites (IAPBE, Great Britain).
The document provides for deepening international cooperation in the field of education, science, and innovation. The parties agreed to exchange experience in training specialists, participate in joint educational and scientific projects, organize conferences and seminars, as well as mutually inform each other about events and provide advisory support.
"This cooperation means that the State Tax University will become a participant in working groups for the development of professional standards in the field of taxation. Currently, we are working on three key standards: 'Tax Advisor', 'Tax and Fee Consultant', and 'Tax Auditor-Consultant'. In total, this involves about 60 standards that systematically cover the industry," said Karina Korniienko, IAPBE Business Development Director.
According to her, IAPBE has over ten years of experience in the field of professional development and cooperates with leading international associations: "Our main goal is to provide practical skills that are truly effective in the labor market."
Already this year, 30 STU students will have the opportunity to undergo free training under the organization's international programs. One of the best participants, based on the evaluation results, will attend the prestigious "Leader of the Year" awards ceremony, which usually takes place in London.
"This partnership is about new opportunities for our students and lecturers. We are forming quality education where not only knowledge is gained, but also international experience and competitive advantages," emphasized Dmytro Serebrianskyi, Acting Rector of STU.
It is worth noting that the signing of the Memorandum opens up new prospects for the implementation of international educational initiatives and strengthens STU's position in the global academic environment.
