We invite higher education students of the State Tax University to attend two guest lectures on the topics:

"Changes in the FCPA (US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act)"

and

"AI governance and civil litigation alongside potential criminal litigation»

The guest lecturer will be Gregory Ashley, an American lawyer, professor of law at Rikkyo University (Tokyo, Japan).

The lecture will be held at the initiative and assistance of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the State Taxation University.

Head of the Department of Criminal law and process, professor Maksym Maksimentsev will be moderating at the meeting.
