GENERAL INFORMATION
on the implementation of international educational programs at the State Tax University: Cisco Networking Academy, Oracle Academy, Amazon Web Services Academy.
As of December 2025, three international educational programs are operating at the State Tax University (hereinafter – STU): Cisco Networking Academy, Oracle Academy, and Amazon Web Services Academy.
Cisco Networking Academy (CNA) is a social partnership educational program of Cisco, a global leader in networking and IT infrastructure solutions (headquarters: San Francisco, California, USA; https://www.cisco.com, https://www.netacad.com).
The use of Cisco Networking Academy resources in the educational process of Ukrainian higher education institutions is regulated by the official conclusion of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 26, 2015, No. 141/12-Г-824.
Oracle Academy is an international social partnership educational program of Oracle Corporation, a leading developer of database software, cloud services, and computing technologies (headquarters: Austin, Texas, USA; https://www.oracle.com, https://academy.oracle.com).
Amazon Web Services Academy (AWS Academy) is an educational initiative of Amazon Web Services, a global leader in cloud computing services (headquarters: Seattle, Washington, USA; https://aws.amazon.com, https://www.awsacademy.com).
The functioning and use of the resources of these educational programs are based on agreements (public offers) accepted by the management of STU and accredited instructors from STU (Appendices 1, 2, 3).
The methodological, educational, and cloud computing resources of these academies are used free of charge in bachelor’s degree programs “Information Management Systems and Technologies (by fields)”, “Digital Design Technologies”, and the master’s degree program “Computer Intelligent Technologies” (Department of Computer and Information Technologies and Systems, Faculty of Finance and Digital Technologies).
Within the educational process of the Department of Computer and Information Technologies and Systems, the academy resources are integrated through the inclusion of relevant topics, lectures, and laboratory workshops into course syllabi, which are reviewed by the department and approved by the Scientific and Methodological Council of STU.
